Kiln Dried Birch Firewood is known for its easy lighting and a bright flame. This luminous burning wood is dried to an average moisture content of less than 20% and cut to 25cm (10 inches) in length making them perfect for your wood burner, stove, log burner, firepit, chiminea or wood-fired pizza oven. Birch produces high BTUs, a fierce flame and high temperatures. The pleasant aroma of kiln dried birch creates a pleasant night sat by the fire. Fast lighting paper-like bark acts like a natural firelighter and adds to this user friendly wood type.

Our crates are wrapped in a thin plastic sheet to maintain their dryness during the shipping process. To keep your firewood dry, place these in a sheltered storage space with plenty of air circulation. Make sure that firewood is kept off the ground so that moisture doesn’t seep in.
