Delivery Charges
Your shipping will be automatically calculated when you add a product to your basket and insert your delivery address.
Shipping to UK is FREE shipping on a 2-5 day service.
There is a surcharge on deliveries to *Highlands and Islands* which is £45 inc VAT.

Note: All delivery times stated are estimates. We can not guarantee delivery on or by a certain date, especially at peak times.
Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. Delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the haulier.
The delivery onto the property will be done on a pallet pump truck if possible and at the discretion of the haulier.
Should no one be at the property to accept delivery, your pallet(s) will be left as close to your property as possible.
Delivery is to the kerbside of the property - NOT onto the property. Delivery vehicles are tail-lift lorries. Please ensure your delivery address is adequate to receive such a vehicle before ordering. Please note that overhanging branches need to be taken into account for restricted access.
Should your order be undelivered, returned and or cancelled, please be aware that a charge of £62+VAT/pallet will apply
All vehicles require a level surface for unloading - all wheels need to be level to operate the tail lift.
The pallet pump truck has very small wheels and cannot move on these surfaces as the wheels get trapped when they sink into the soft surfaces.
The pallet truck cannot be controlled on slopes due to the weight on the pallet. Pushing almost 1 tonne up a slight gradient is not possible for 1 man.
Please ensure that you provide a contactable phone number during deliveries. When customers are not contactable, this may result in pallet being returned to the depot
Please note that there will be a re-delivery charge of £62+VAT per pallet/crate for each additional delivery attempt if there is no one able to receive the delivery or the delivery is unable to be left safely! It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the delivery point is suitable for delivery as per these instructions! Give us a call if you're not sure.
